Who are your classes for?

Women at every stage — pregnant, postnatal, pre-pregnancy, mixed ability, midlife, and beyond. Classes are fully adaptable to your body, goals, and lifestyle. Men inspired by the women in their lives are welcome too!

What is included in The Studio Collective membership?

You’ll get unlimited access to all my live and on-demand Pilates classes, including postnatal, pre-pregnancy, and mixed ability sessions. Plus, you’ll be part of a supportive online community, and I provide personalised guidance and adaptations for every class.

Do I need previous Pilates experience?

Not at all! Everyone is welcome from beginners through to experienced movers. I make sure you feel safe, supported, and challenged, whatever your level.

HOW DO I BOOK a 1:1 session or group class with you?

Whether you're looking to book a 1:1 session or group class, just pop me an email and let me know what you're looking to book. I'll then send you all the details, a payment link and health questionnaire.

Do you offer Reformer Pilates in-person?

I offer Reformer Pilates for 1:1 sessions or small groups, but you’ll need access to a Reformer at home. I’ll guide you through personalised exercises and adaptations so you can get the most from your equipment safely and effectively.
