You start to hold yourself more upright and feel more 'zipped up' straight away. It's obvious from the first class that Clare is a great instructor. This program guides you through the first 8 weeks of your recovery from Day 1 with guidance for c-section and vaginal deliveries. This program is also suitable for those beyond 8 weeks post partum who need to start with the fundamentals.
You are now ready to start reconditioning your core whilst strengthening and toning the rest of your body. We'll continue to work on pelvic floor control, great posture and functional movements for new mums.
Phase 1 of the program guides you gently, week by week through initial healing post birth. Phase 2 then starts to gently and safely increase the intensity of your strength and conditioning journey.
