"I started Pilates with Clare prenatally, and was keen to start again after I'd had my baby. The breathing techniques, core and pelvic floor exercises have an immediate effect. You start to hold yourself more upright and feel more 'zipped up' straight away. It's obvious from the first class that Clare is a great instructor. She explains what you are doing clearly and adapts the exercises for everyone there. The results are immediately obvious. I gained all over muscle tone and strength, abdominal seperation reduced and improved pelvic floor strength.

With nearly a decade of experience specialising in pre and postnatal Pilates — and as a Teacher Trainer educating and mentoring other instructors — I combine advanced training, lived experience, and a deep understanding of female bodies. Alongside supporting a limited number of private and group clients, much of my work now focuses on continuing professional development — raising standards and deepening how the industry understands and trains women’s bodies.
